Dr. Lena Kian is a Naturopathic Doctor, licensed by the State of California. She received her Doctorate of Naturopathic Medicine from Bastyr University <http://www.bastyr.edu/> , known internationally as one of the leading institutions in the field of natural medicine. Prior to this, she received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Biopsychology from the University of British Columbia in Canada. Dr. Kian utilizes natural therapeutics such as clinical nutrition, botanical medicine, homeopathy, and lifestyle counseling to treat common medical conditions. Her main area of focus is in the prevention and treatment of chronic conditions such as diabetes, heart disease, digestive disorders, allergies, hormonal imbalances, obesity, and stress related conditions. She is also certified as a Therapeutic Lifestyle Program Health Care Provider, which further enhances one-to-one counseling with her patients in treating chronic conditions and weight loss.
